Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Daily Basketball Games. By using the service you confirm that you meet this requirement and that any information you provide is accurate.

The service

Daily Basketball Games provides free, browser-based basketball puzzles across five launch modes: Basketball Grid, Guess the Basketball Player, Basketball Connections, Basketball Rankings, and Basketball Wordle. Each mode gets a new puzzle every day. The service is provided “as is” and may change, add, or remove features at any time.

Accounts and sign-in

You can play as a guest or create an account using magic-link email sign-in. You are responsible for keeping access to your email account secure and for activity that happens under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.

Fair play and acceptable use

You agree not to:

• cheat, manipulate scores, or exploit bugs to gain an unfair advantage;
• use bots, scrapers, or automated tools to access the service or harvest puzzle answers or data;
• disrupt, overload, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service;
• use the service for any unlawful or abusive purpose.

All gameplay scores are computed server-side. We may suspend or ban accounts that attempt to manipulate scores, exploit the system, or engage in abusive behavior.

Intellectual property

The Daily Basketball Games name, site design, game formats, and original content are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may play the games for personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, resell, or redistribute the games or their content without permission.

Third-party data and trademarks

Player, team, league, and competition information is sourced from third-party sports-data providers such as API-Basketball and is used for informational and entertainment purposes. Team, league, and competition names, logos, and trademarks belong to their respective owners. Daily Basketball Games is an independent project and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the NBA, any team, league, player, or data provider.

Feedback

If you send us ideas, suggestions, or feedback, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use them to improve the service, with no obligation to you.

Disclaimer of warranties

The service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the games, data, or puzzle answers are accurate, error-free, or uninterrupted.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Daily Basketball Games and its team will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the service.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the service at any time if you violate these Terms or to protect the service and its users. You may stop using the service and request deletion of your account at any time.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
